Naomi was professional, empathetic, consistent, and helped unravel complex legal jargon and situations for me. A bit of trouble I got into 20 years prior to working with Naomi had come back to haunt me. It seemed the judge or court had not fully expunged my discrepancies, and my conviction was still valid despite having served my time and gone through probation. Naomi listened and really understood my problem. Then she went to bat for me with the Santa Barbara probation and criminal department, which is notoriously slow. Not only did she get the expungement instated that I was granted 20 years ago, she followed through with the DOJ and made sure it was off my record there as well. It's a huge relief to know that this mistake 20 years ago is off my record. And it's all due to Naomi's hard work, perseverance, and understanding. I can not recommend Naomi enough. Thank you!

Naomi is a godsend. She is so professional yet down to earth. She was so understanding of my situation and took the time to really get to know me as a person and not just a client. Because of her taking the time that I know me she was able and to defend me based on my character and not just my actions. I was lucky to have her represent me. I don’t know what the worst case scenario of my case could have been but I do know I didn’t have to worry about that because of her hard work and attention to detail.

Naomi Chung was assigned to my family as an attorney when our case could not be represented by a public attorney.
